Mainly a cleanup release to plug up several issues that came up after the last major release.

The main addition being the custom pages editor now has more flags to support its functions. You may need to check to be sure the ones you have continue to display as expected.

* Censor bypass on RSS Feed.
* E_STRICT warning in news module resolved.
* E_STRICT warnings in image decoder library fixed.
* Invisible text inside center tags fixed.
* Return 404 errors for invalid modules.
